我认真读过《捕捉孩子的敏感期》之后才发现，很多时候我们对幼儿的生活并不是真正的了解。其实，读过此书之后感受颇深。很多时候成人自以为是按照成人世界的法则教导孩子，而我们并没有发现是我们有意识的闯入了他们的世界，破坏了儿童世界的法则，还沾沾自喜的认为我们是为他们好。其实，作为“异物”闯入幼儿的和谐世界的我们所做的不是按照成人社会的日常规律和相关法律教导幼儿要怎样做，而是要认真了解孩子的世界，读懂他们的内心，当孩子们能够安心放心的敞开心扉接纳你的时候，你才能和他们成为朋友，开始发挥你来此世界的引导者的作用和目的，而在这之前，一切都是徒劳无功。

孩子的敏感期即为关键期，而幼儿关键期的发展是决定孩子一生的关键，作为一名教师，要在充分了解幼儿各年龄层发展关键期的方面的同时，也要在日常生活中时时刻刻注意正确的引导幼儿，最大限度促进幼儿更快更好的成长。幼儿的不一样年龄阶段有着相对应的发展关键期。

0--2岁：新生儿从刚刚出生就开始敏感的对待这个世界，无论从视觉、听觉、口腔、手、还是行走和语言方面，都是幼儿在这个年龄阶段的关键期。当新生儿睁开眼睛的那一霎那他们就从视觉开始观察这个充满阳光的世界，这时的我们要为幼儿带给科学的视觉环境，这不仅仅单纯的是为幼儿锻炼眼睛的潜质，更重要的是在视觉敏感期的阶段的幼儿的视觉与大脑发育与治理的发展都有必须的关联。视觉是人脑获得外界信息的重要渠道，能显著影响脑部发育。这一时期的幼儿开始用口认识外部世界，因此吃手指的现象不断出现。当我们发现吃手指的现象在幼儿生活中发生的时候，要正视这个问题，而不是绝对性的禁止。幼儿在不会用语言表达的阶段，他们用口去探索这个未知世界，从口到手这需要一个时刻过程。当我们在安全的条件下，采取满足孩子口腔的味觉和触觉，给孩子带给较硬的食物的科学方法并随着幼儿年龄的增长，孩子的手及其他器官也会出现敏感期，到那时，孩子用口探索世界的方式就会悄悄的退居二线了。相反，很多幼儿到了上幼儿园的年纪还是出现“吃手”这一现象，这很大一部分因素是家长的制止的原因。

2--4岁：这阶段的幼儿到了上幼儿园的年纪，由独立个体成长到群众生活。很多时候，我所在的小班经常会出现“抢玩具”、“在椅子上爬来爬去”、“从衣服、鞋子上扣亮晶晶的小亮片”的这些现象，最初的我是采取制止的方法告诉孩子们这些行为时不正确的，而不没有深刻的反思到这些正是这个年龄阶段的幼儿在自我意识的产生、空间感、和关注细小事物的敏感期方面的发展。对待“什么都是我的”的幼儿，我们要给他们充分的选取，不好谴责还自己的行为，若是强迫孩子归还属于自己的物品给别人，孩子会丝毫感觉不到安全感。在正确引导幼儿的同时，要给他们足够的权利自己决定。而幼儿对细小事物的观察，皮亚杰认为：儿童首先是透过简单图式发展认知和认识外在世界。因此，儿童起初对世界的认识必须是从微观开始的，并且外在世界在他们眼里也是微观的。“亮晶晶”这一现象几乎在我所在小二班每一天都在上演。从开始的制止到此刻的别随意丢弃孩子收集的小玩意儿，我深刻体会到观察细小事物对孩子的重要性。为孩子“创造”一些小玩意或是带领幼儿进行一节对“亮晶晶”的观察教育活动课远比经常制止孩子在生活中“玩亮晶晶”要更科学、实际且更能解决问题。针对每一年龄阶段的幼儿的发展状况和哪些关键期在这阶段发展对幼儿进行了解，是用正确的方法引导幼儿发展的一项必不可少且十分重要的环节。不仅仅如此，很多时候在幼儿的日常生活中还会出现“排斥一些幼儿”的个性现象，原来这正是孩子处在人际关联的敏感期。

这时我们要正确认识到幼儿的人际交往关联的重要性。人际关联很好的幼儿和人际关联很差的幼儿的区别不是在他们喜不喜爱交往，而是在于他们的个人心理品质和社交潜质。行为表现是一项很重要的因素，表现友好、用心的交往行为就会受欢迎，而那些抢夺玩具、推打小朋友的孩子就成了受排斥的儿童。这时候对孩子进行正确的行为指导便显得至关重要。但很多时候，这两种幼儿都会受到老师的`关注，而经常会不记得“受忽略儿童”，不受欢迎，也不受排斥。这时，我会经常发动全班幼儿进行“记名字”的游戏。那些孩子们都不记得名字的幼儿在某一阶段我会采取着重让他们进行表演、回答问题等方式使其受到关注。虽然在潜移默化中培养了孩子的人际交往技能，但至少用科学的方法正确的解决幼儿之间出现的问题。

年纪再大一些的儿童，比如4--岁的中班幼儿会出现一些关于婚姻和性别方面的问题等，--6岁的大班孩子会在秩序方面、文字符号和数的排列组合等抽象方面产生一些问题，这就要求最为儿童导师的我们在生活中认真观察、正确指导幼儿走出困惑，不进如此还要重视家园教育，幼儿园是孩子的第二个家，是孩子成长的沃土。但只依靠幼儿园单方面的教育是不够的，家长的紧密配合也是必不可少的一个重要环节。

很多时候，孩子常常不知道自己犯了错误，但是当他们一旦意识到就会自己反省，他们有自我反省的潜质，而作为教师的我们，要耐心的等待幼儿改正错误，这是每个孩子在成长中的必经过程。老师的耐心教导，家长的支持配合，家园携手共同教育为孩子顺利透过敏感期奠定坚实的基础，促进幼儿健康快乐的成长。

借着假期时间，我读了一本关于区域活动方面的书——《幼儿园自主性学习区域活动指导》，这本书从区域游戏入手，围绕教师在开展自主性学习区域活动中最关心的五大方面，即区域活动内容与关键经验、区域活动的一般流程、评价要点、问题与对策以及活动案例，进行了理论结合大量实践案例的阐述。区域活动是幼儿通过参与游戏达到教师预期的教学目标，从某中意义上说，是一种幼儿的主体活动，它具有自由、自选、独立而主动的特点，区域活动赋予了幼儿极大的自由度，使幼儿能够按自己的意愿，独立自主地进行活动，为幼儿自主习惯和能力养成发展提供了条件。

我班幼儿是大班孩子，每当他们玩完区域活动后，总会有一些材料被破坏，比如说搭建区的纸箱，孩子们就很随意的坐在上面或用脚踢来踢去，通常遇到这样的事件后，我都会批评不爱惜的孩子，然后自己把箱子修整一下或扔掉，可是，孩子仍旧不爱惜箱子，导致搭建区的纸箱越来越少。

看了这本书以后，我才发现我的做法都是错的。我们制作材料时首先要考虑材料的实用性、耐用性、这样可以减少幼儿在使用材料的过程中不小心导致的破损；摆放材料的位置也要适合幼儿的取放，防止幼儿在取放过程中的自然破损；每当投放新的材料时，我们要有目的的引导幼儿讨论这种材料是什么做成的，使用时要注意什么问题，了解材料的制作过程，使幼儿产生爱惜材料的责任感，培养幼儿爱惜材料的良好习惯。我们还要制定游戏规则，和幼儿一起商讨，每个区域应有什么样的规则，比如：轻拿轻放、摆放整齐、材料分类，放在固定位置、按正确方法使用材料、及时整理清洁等；对不爱惜材料的幼儿要及时提醒劝告制止。在材料破损后要指导幼儿及时修补破损材料，在这个过程中，幼儿既能体会到爱惜材料的重要性，又能掌握一些基本的修理办法。

看完这本书后，我认为我班幼儿之所以不爱惜材料道具，教育过后又屡教不改，就只因为我没有把他们放在主导的位置，当发生不爱惜材料的情况发生时，我批评他们几句后，剩下的“烂摊子”就我收拾了，孩子们并不能深刻了解、体会到爱惜材料的重要性，在以后的日子里，如果再遇到不爱惜材料的的情况发生，我会用以上的方法采取措施，我相信我班幼儿不爱惜材料的情况一定会越来越少，会越来越好。

读了这本书后，我学到了很多，为我的教学工作提供了切实有效的指导，我会努力成为幼儿游戏的发现者、支持者，角色扮演的引导者、矛盾冲突的协调者，在孩子的区域活动中定位好自己的角色，让更多的孩子在游戏中快乐成长。

《幼儿行为的观察与记录》作为学前教育的经典著作，勇于创新，与时俱进，注意关注儿童教育工作的新形势，引入新的理论成果。目前的第五版就融入了近期的语言研究的成果以及对有特殊需要的儿童的研究成果，进一步融合了皮亚杰关于儿童发展的思想。第十二章针对引发特殊关注的儿童群体论述了观察中需要注意的问题，提供了丰富的记录实例，并列出大量详细的观察要点，使我受益良多。

一、记录需要特殊关注儿童的必要性。

每个幼儿园都会出现少数程度不同的特殊儿童，这类儿童的家长将孩子送到幼儿园既对早期教育给予期望，同时还期待自己的孩子能和其他儿童进行交往，受到同伴的影响，减少孩子的孤独，让孩子愉快地渡过幼儿园时光。对每一名儿童和每一个动作来说，他们都是独特的。因为没有儿童在不伴有一系列行为的情况下使用材料或者参与任何形式的游戏。我们可以通过这些细节猜测儿童对材料的情感反应，从而更好的对儿童进行“诊治”。当教师们遵循维果茨基的教诲，力图发现这些儿童可以“独立地或在她人的帮助下”在“最近发展区”中做到什么时，观察和记录可以为教师们提供支持。观察是教师与行为怪异或惹是生非的儿童建立同情关系的关键所在。

二、如何观察需要特殊关注的儿童。

从社交/情感、身体、认知/交流/语言以及游戏等更方面，观察儿童如何协同运作。书中通过观察现实案例，分析出案例中的存在的问题。例如：该儿童传达了什么信息和想法？该儿童能够独立地将自己的游戏组织好，还是需要另外一名儿童或者老师的外部协助？如果需要协助，是多大程度、什么类型的协助等。通过这些问题，进一步指导教师应该如何观察并记录。当然，我们也必须记录对个别儿童的特殊意思。我们必须记下儿童如何做手头的事情。每一次的观察和记录不一定要给出怎么的结论和解决方法，要做的仅仅是客观如实的记录孩子的一言一行，即使不是成年人期望的行为和言语，经过数月的跟踪观察和记录，也许过了半年或者更长的时间才会看到孩子有一点变化和进步，这才是观察和记录的意义。

三、特殊关注儿童的总体印象。

除了个别类型的行为之外，引发特殊关注儿童有一项突出的特征可以预示他们存在发展性异常、障碍或学习能力欠缺问题，那就是他们给人的印象远远小于其生理年龄。肢体、社交、情感、认知、语言以及言语交流，当这些行为中的多个结合起来，特别是当它们反复、持续地发生时，便可以预示着儿童身上存在着某种需要教师进行干预的问题。

回想自己以前的观察记录，基本都是笼统的描述，这些都忽略了观察记录本身的意义，正确的观察应该要抓细节、记要点、全面具体，“他做了什么及如何做；与他有关联的人和材料的质量及数量，也包括他说了什么”。类似于这些细节的记录似乎从来没有出现在我的观察记录中，因为这些细节从来没有引起我们足够的重视，我们的记录也是建立在主观臆想和大致观察的基础上就进行了概括的笼统的总结性表述，所谓的分析和措施现在看来也成了肤浅的解决方式。看了这本书让我对自己有了进一步的反省，对观察和记录有了新的认识。

《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》说明中指出，教师应关注幼儿学习与发展的整体性，同时要尊重幼儿发展的个体差异，因此幼儿教师在日常中更应该对幼儿行为进行观察与记录，能够让幼儿得到充分的关注，并且因材施教。

最近看了一本《给幼儿教师的一把钥匙》的书，确实是给我在幼儿教育的一个角开启了一扇窗。这本书里的一个个的问题，一个个的案例，一个个分析都是从教师教育上发生的实例，掌握解决这些问题是每个一线教师必须具备的教育技能。书中从教师与儿童、教师与家长、教师与社区等几个方面进行了阐述。其中在教师与家长这一方面，这本书教会教师如何更好的去帮助家长转变教育观念，如何跟家长沟通使家园合作更有效。

家长是幼儿园重要的教育资源和合作伙伴。教师有责任帮助家长了解幼儿园的教育目标任务，以便双方能达成教育共识，形成教育合力，促进幼儿身心健康发展。

家长工作难做，但是很重要。家长一直以为孩子在幼儿园只是在玩，有的家长自己早上想睡懒觉，便很晚才送孩子来园，不重视幼儿园的教育。教师在有时间跟家长个别交流的同时，还应经常召开家长学校的交流会，让家长及时了解孩子在幼儿园的表现，教师也有更多的时间对家长进行教育引导，可以让家长和教师保持一样的教育观念。家长可以亲自参与孩子的活动中去，可以更快的转变家长对幼儿教育的观念。每个学期我们都会组织几次亲子类型的活动，以便家长参与到幼儿园孩子的活动中去。

《目送》读书笔记1

《目送》是一本生死笔记，收录的七十三篇散文，分别写了父亲的逝世，母亲的老去，儿子的成长单飞，朋友亲人的离散牵挂兄弟的重逢携手。

这篇文章分成两个段落，第一段作为母亲，龙应台叙述了儿子华安从第一天上小学起到中学、直至出国上大学十多年间的几个感人片段，她一次次目送孩子的背影离去，一次次目送他成长。第二段，龙应台作为女儿，追忆自己成长的岁月中，与父亲的一次次别离：总是目送父亲的背影渐行渐远，直到有一天，在殡仪馆熊熊炉火里永远地消逝……所以她说：我慢慢地、慢慢地了解到，所谓父女、母子一场，只不过意味着，你和他的缘分就是今生今世不断地目送他的背影渐行渐远。你站在小路的这一端，看着他逐渐消失在小路转弯的地方，而且，他用背影告诉你，你安好我便安心。

不由得想起我的经历，我在县里上高中那会，由于家离得远，一方面是为了省路费，一个月甚至两个月回一次家，到回家那个周提前给父母打电话，周五点放学急匆匆收拾作业，背上书包，赶到汽车站坐大巴回家，父亲就在镇上汽车站等着我，然后踩着自行车载着我就回家了，一路都是土路，坑坑洼洼，一会被地上的石子或者土堆撞一下车轮子，我和父亲就颠簸一下，坐在自行车后面我默默地看着父亲的背影，心酸了。

我记忆最深刻的一次，现在还能历历在目，有一次，下大雪了，周日吃完午饭我就要赶回学校，雪路很滑，路上除了我们赶路的学生外看不到别的身影，由于我家离车站大概有3公里的路程，父亲骑着自行车要载着我去汽车站，他戴了双白色的线手套，穿上母亲做的棉鞋，骑在路上自行车轱辘不停地打滑，父亲那时还年轻，车技也好，加上父亲将近一米八的个子，自行车还是很安全在前行，自行车拐了一个弯后，父亲就停下来问我冷不冷，要我趴在他背上，要我把手放在他的衣服里，我说不冷，父亲不相信，硬把我的手拉到他的背后，掀起自己的棉衣。他又继续蹬自行车，当时我的眼泪一下子就出来了，我哽咽了，又怕父亲看出来，我赶紧控制自己的情绪，慢慢感受父亲的温暖和背影。到了车站一直站在那陪我等车，每次都会看着我坐的车开远了才离去。

我嫁的远，结婚头一天就要赶到婆家安排好的旅店，头一天我走时，父亲没去，家里种了几亩苹果树，那个季节刚好要给苹果树施肥，搜花。我走时，父亲看也没看我一眼，拉着一车农家肥去苹果园，我内心是知道的，父亲是不敢看我远去的背影，我看着他弯着拉农家肥的背影，我心里很内疚自己的选择，眼泪又开始在眼睛里打圈，不想要被人看见，敢接拭去眼角的泪水。婚后比较欣慰的是我老公对我父亲也特别的孝顺。

结婚这么多年来，每次回家父亲都和我畅谈到晚上12点，聊聊家里的，聊聊庄家的，聊聊亲戚的等等，每次要走时，父亲总要说一句话，“还没待呢就要走了”！是呀！工作，孩子迫使我们好多的不得已，父亲母亲看着我们的车拐过弯看不见了才进家门。拐过弯，眼泪就开始不听使唤。总想好好陪陪他们，可是每次相聚就那么短短几天。从上学到工作再到结婚生子都没有好好陪过她们。

太多太多的回忆，父爱总是无声的，是伟大的，有父爱从来不觉得孤单，父爱是积极向上的。有父爱的女孩子，从来不缺被爱。愿我们的父母都能身体健康。

一直决心好好读书，却都因为忙于工作中的琐碎不能坚持。20xx年伊始，决心借助外力监督，让自己不好意思找理由。1月7日，收到西城团区委快递来的《目送》，打开看见外包装，就有一丝欣喜，淡绿油画封面设计，套上半透明的硫酸纸书封，忽然就那么走进自己心里了。目录中看到三部分73篇散文，加上自序《你来看此花时》，共74篇。翻开正文，每篇中都配有相应主题的照片，感觉一下子拉近了自己和作者的距离，更难得可贵的是，很多张照片都是作者自己拍摄的作品，不由更加佩服作者对生活的热爱和行动力，想想自己在很多时候，空有想法，总不能落实，时间久了，具体的事情淡忘了，留给自己的却是越来越多的惆怅和落寞，是对自己的“不争之恼”，时间长了，直接影响到“自我效能感”的提高。如此，在这个年关前，在述职测评慰问考核等常规工作忙不开身加上民主生活会更忙死人的情况下，决心有个不一样的开始。

全书名为《目送》，开篇也是《目送》。读完，觉得这篇所述是全书灵魂，像一根线串起了全书，奠定了全书的调子。虽然，目前我还只读完了第一部分，但已经找到很多共鸣，有些是感情上的共通，如《目送》中作者与孩子一起手牵手第一次上学，那种母子之间的依恋我相信是大家共有的。而此后，孩子大了，仅剩下母亲自己的守候。也是很多家长在孩子长大些后落寞的共感。作者最后从这些回忆起自己和父亲之间的过往及现在。进而告诉我们她的所悟，所谓父女母子一场，只不过意味着，你和他的缘分就是今生今世不断地在目送他的背影渐行渐远。如此，短短的一千余字，把为人父母与孩子从小到大互动的心路勾勒清晰，也把为人子女从小时与父母强烈的依恋到青少年时对父母的不屑，到自己成为父母后“养儿方知父母恩”的感悟写得很到位。但是，作者最让我钦佩的是，她不仅写到位了，而且悟得很透，所以她不偏执，她告诉我们，面对父母子女渐行渐远的背影，不必追。

对于一个整天关在校园里埋头做题的学生来说，之所以会选择这样一本书来读，很大程度是受了书名的影响。

“目送”，一个多么温暖的词语，它是缠绵的不舍凝注到目光中送给离去的人最后一份让其早日归来的叮嘱，是一股超越了三维世界将那些必走之物留于心间的神奇力量。

作为与整本书同名的文章，也是整本书的第一篇文章——《目送》，作者从儿子的离写到父亲的逝，那无尽的沧桑在作者冷静而温暖的笔端一一呈现。

我安静地读着这一切，于是道不尽的痛彻心扉与忆不完的温暖点滴就如受了魔咒的召唤似的，突然便回到了我的心间。

我之所以会对第一篇文章产生如此大的共鸣，也许与我的经历不无关系吧！我是个安土重迁的人，而我的安土，不仅限于地域上，更包罗了春华秋实的交替，物异人非的变迁。

读完这本书，我对估算教学的价值有了深度的认识。

估算，作为课程改革以来的新增内容，确实有它的价值。以前我在教学时对这部分内容感觉没有意义，有时让学生随便说一说，没有方法和技巧的点拨。有时还干脆不估，直接用笔算，让估算失去了价值。

李玲老师在“数与代数”的名师视点部分对如何进一步认识并搞好估算教学给我们提出了三点建议：

1、教师要把握好《课标》对估算的要求。《课标》明确指出要加强估算，并对估算作了具体要求：第一学段要“结合现实素材感受大数的意义，并能进行估计;能结合具体情境进行估算，并解释估算的过程;能估计一些物体的长度，并进行测量”等等。第二学段要“结合现实情境感受大数的意义，并能进行估计;在解决具体问题的过程中，能选择合适的估算方法，养成估算的习惯;能用方格纸估计不规则图形的面积”等等。教学中我们要充分利用好各种资源，积极引导学生进行估算，让学生在经历估算的过程中感受到估算的意义，逐步形成良好的数感。

2、估算，应在具体情境中进行。估算应该尽量结合具体情境或在解决具体问题的过程中进行，因为这样符合学生的认知规律，同时这样更能训练学生灵活解决实际问题的能力。所以，在估算教学时，要尽量避免为训练估算而出的单纯估算题目。尽量设计具有实际意义的和开放性的富有探究价值的估算题目，赋予估算以实际价值。例如，小明要拿100元钱为妈妈买生日礼物，一盒化妆品69元，一个发夹33元。他能同时买上这两件礼物吗?一般情况，学生会把69元看作70元，把33元看作30元。70元+30元=100元这样估出来的结果应该是“能买上这两件礼物”，事实上买这两件礼物需要102元，这就告诉学生有的问题需要往大里估，有的问题需要往小里估，具体问题应灵活处理。这样的题目，其间既有估算的训练，同时更有灵活解决问题的能力训练。

3、估算教学，应加强方法、策略的指导。在估算教学时，应注意“放手”之后及时地“收”。“收”学生的新方法，“收”学生的新思路，“收”学生的新技巧。然后引导他们展开评价与交流，在交流的过程中，让他们不断掌握更多的估算方法和与技巧。只有这样，才能达到估算教学的目的，才能带给学生“估算”之外的更多“收获”。

When I first read The Little Prine, I an’t understand the ean of love and never to think why should the little prine leave alone sine he love his rose so deeply. For years, I reread the story and think about it. The siple true was first love. Anyway, as a well-aknowleded book, it ust possess unique feature to aintain it’s position. and it’s reputation and popularity will by no eans be destroyed by what an unknown an says. i will talk about the ain ontents of the book, and the inspiration it renders as usual.

I see eye to eye with the author in that the ause of people’s loneliness an be onluded to the neliene of the bonds that onnets the. people are supposed to are about eah other, herish what’s really iportant for the, and be rateful for the happiness that they’ve ained. we all believe knowlede and experiene enable us to see learly and ake riht judeents all the tie. but we ay soeties lose the riht to speak straihforwardly, think reatively or love ouraeously resultin fro what we’ve experiened. that why in our iddle shool textbooks, it’s the little kid that breaks the illusion of the eperor by sayin ”but u, he ain’t were anythin”.
