我曾去过乡下一个温室,专门培育奇异的花朵。温室的主人在花开之际邀我过去。记得刚进温室的那一刻,眼幕顷刻间挤满了各样的颜色,颇有目不暇接的感觉。温室中四溢的香味更是令人昏眩,而且嘈杂,是的,在一个没有人说话的情况下。那来的声音?是那欢腾的蜂蝶,在花开之际的特殊客人在热闹着,那便是花开的声音。再仔细听,各异的扭动着的花也在庆祝,祝贺自己开花,骄傲无比:“快来看呐,我开花了!”我内心赞赏着这“奢华”的美,听着花开的声音,我原想在这曼妙的温室中多呆一会,可没想到,耳膜竟受不了花儿们竞相争艳的声音,赶紧离开,前脚跨出的一刻,好像还听到花儿们尖叫着留客的声音,颇有青楼的意味,赶紧离开。

在没看过《倾听花开的声音》之前,我基本是凭着平时的培训、师傅的带领、及同事们之间的谈论总结来进行的教学,以为会很全面了,结果在看过秦克波《倾听花开的声音》后我才发现,我存在很多问题,有些是我平时没在意或者说是做的不好的地方。

现在总结一些比较基础和最常用的教学方法。

新学期开学:

(1)重在调座位上,基本原则除了按照个头矮在前高在后,还要兼顾男女生交叉坐、视力差靠前、性格上动静搭配坐、成绩优弱搭配、班干部和群众搭配坐。

(2)表扬假期作业认真完成的孩子。

(3)选出班干部和习惯的规范等。

教学中:

(1)先让孩子批改作业(要求:有批语、有署名、修改错误),师再来批改。着这个做法不仅提高了孩子的积极性,还能培养孩子的认真习惯。

(2)在班干部管理其他孩子上面老师不仅要做到公平,还要化解班干部和孩子之间的矛盾,不仅让犯错的孩子能吸取教训,还要增加班干部的工作经验。(办法:让全体同学发表意见,1.集思广益;2.培养主人翁的精神;3.增加习作素材;4.因为扰乱了教学秩序,所以要把握好时间,最好在分钟左右。)

班级的管理向着民主化、法制化和自动化,这样更能处理好学生之间和老师之间的关系。

(3)人手一本纠错本,让学生坚持每天把语文作业上错误记录下来。 (方法:记录出现3次同样错误的的知识点,不写出正确答案,但是要记在心里,不定期的同桌交换查阅,相互解答。组长随时进行发问,过关可以删除错误知识点。)

这个方法要在中段才开始施行,能长期坚持下来是很不容易的。养成这个习惯对孩子以后帮助很大,但是要及时的表扬做的好的同学。

(4)作业的细节上要严厉要求。

(方法:1.坐姿要达到三个一;2.作业本的平整度;3.作业书写的工整,写错后擦拭错误必须干净;4.连线必须用尺子;.有括号的答题必须括号正中间;6.完成作业先自我检查在同桌检查,最后上交;7.明确规定交作业的时间。)

这些刚开始会遇到一些困难,但是只要养成这个好习惯,以后会轻松很多,而且让孩子明白什么是原则和规定。

秦克波老师的方法还有很多很多,要细说还真是很难说完。以日志的形式展现了他在遇到不同问题时的处理方法,很多都是他多年经验的总结,处理方法上不仅饱满,而且很得当。他,是一位坚持目标,心揣梦想,脚踏实地的践行者,值得我学习和深思。
