现在仍然有许多儿童在学校受到虐待。一些老师惩罚不听话或学习不好的学生的惟一方式就是殴打他们，有的学生甚至被打成残废。更重要的是，他们的心灵受到严重伤害。

有的伤痛可能终其一生也无法弥补。同样的事情也在许多家庭中重演。我想问一下这样做的老师和家长们，这种“教育”能解决问题吗?

Nowadays there are still many children abused in school。 To some teachers， the only way to punish some students is to beat them。 Some students have even become disabled because of that。

The worst" of all is that their souls have been hurt deeply， which might never be cured in their whole life。 The same thing happens in many families。 I want to ask those teachers and parents， can such kind of "education" have any effects?

初一初二如何为中考英语提前准备？

初一：兴趣是学习的指南针。

在英语学习上，初一上9月-12月被称为小学和初中的“心态转变期”。小升初英语追求“难+全”，中考英语则要求学生对知识点的掌握“细+准”。在心态转变的过程中，如何建立和保持对英语学习的兴趣，是学生和家长都必须考虑的问题。另外，初一英语的考题相对简单，学生成绩差距不大，但是初一下的学生已有两极分化的征兆。

我们收到过无数家长的提问：孩子没有兴趣怎么办？是以家长的权威去逼迫他？是结合人生阅历，以经验和教训去说服他？还是以言语、物质去激励他？

不，都不是。我们的核心观点是：

（1）兴趣来源于成就感。

父母的千言万语、金山银树都比不上孩子心中对自己的一次肯定。很多孩子喜欢玩游戏，因为在游戏中他能战胜对手，获得成就感。同样的道理，只要孩子在英语学习上感觉到自己有所成功，他的兴趣就会油然而生。

（2）成就感来源于超前学习。

成就感的来源无非几种情况：也许是某一次考试名次靠前；也许是老师不经意间的一句赞赏；也许是为同学解决一道难题；甚至是某一次听写拿到满分……如此种种，都可以通过提前学习来达到。当别人对某一个知识点（比如时态、从句）都还摸不着头脑的时候，你已经略窥门径甚至登堂入室，这种成就感才是兴趣的最强催化剂。

初二：慎防两极分化，累积签约资本

初二英语集中了初中阶段50%的难词，65%以上的知识点和60%的难点。随着新学科物理的加入，初二学生全面进入青春期，生理、心理发生迅速变化，性格和情绪波动都很大。这两个方面交织映射到学习成绩上，就会产生两极分化--学习习惯好的学生名次迅速上升，学习习惯较差的学生则一落千丈。在英语学科上，两极分化在初一下的期末考试初露端倪，到初二下的期末考试达到高潮，到初三上则尘埃落定。

初二，签约？是的，初二就要开始考虑签约的问题了。从全市范围来看，中考签约有三个批次：初三上11月，个别学校；初三下3月末，少部分学校；初三下5月末，大部分学校。前两个批次都主要看重初二下到初三上的历次大考成绩，其中英语成绩当然是重中之重。

因此，从初二下的期中考试开始，孩子需要精心准备自己的每次大考，否则到真正签约的时候，诸事休矣。

初二阶段的成功要诀在于两个方面：

（1）超前学习。还是超前学习。

如果说初一超前学习只是为了兴趣，初二的超前学习则成为一种必需。无论是不是笨鸟，先飞总不会有错。初二的单词量是初一的1.5倍，语法难点是初一的3倍，利用假期对初二的词汇、语法超前学习，能有效缓解初二的冲击。

（2）严格纠正习惯。
