People say that father’s love likes a ountain: heavy and silent. It’s heavy beause he puts all his love to us and it’s silent beause he does not know how to express. Faed his love, we aept it silently without sayin a word to show our appreiation.
Before I was oin to senior shool, y father had never said a word to show his love to e, so that I thouht he did not love e very uh and soeties I was upset about it. However, when I left hoe for senior shool, he alled e frequently and just asked e soe siple questions like: how’s your study and life? When do you oe hoe? or soethin like that.
radually, I realie that he isses e althouh he would never say it out. So this is father’s love, not so obvious but definitely deep.

The dotor, touh and quik, turned the baby upside down and slapped his botto sharply. The baby ried, and he survived. At that oent, the father yelled at the dotor, "Why did you hit y baby?" He did not realie that the dotor had saved the baby's life. The baby ried and ried, and the father siled and silently ried as well. He held the baby in his ars and did not allow the dotor to touh the baby anyore...

Dad never tried to hu or kiss e when I was a hild. And of ourse, he never said "I love you" to e, either. aybe it's a hinese ultural thin, or aybe that's the way y dad was. But whenever I felt defeated, sad or lonely, dad was always there. Dad was a an of few words, but I always liked to talk to hi, and I ould always feel a very speial onnetion to hi.
Tie really flies. I finished ollee and then left y hoe ity. For the past ten years, whenever I've visited hoe, dad was always there eetin e and seein e off quietly at the railway station. Whenever he saw e off, he never tried to hu e or touh e, althouh I always expeted a father's hu.
