Health is ost iportant for any of us. ]n order to stay healthy, we need soe oon knowlede.
Firstly, pay attention to the diet. We should eat lots of fruit and veetables, beause they are rih in fiber and Iow in fat. As a proverb says, An apple a day keeps the dotor away. So fruit is ood for health. Don't have a lot of food that ontains too uh fat, suh as butter. eanwhile, sweets should be eaten in proper quantity, beause too uh suar does har to us. Don't drink too uh offee,either
Seondly, exerise is neessary. Reular exerise an help us keep fro ettin fat. People who do runnin every day usually have stroner hearts than who don't.
Finally, for ood livin habits. We should sleep for about hours at niht,and never work too hard. ver work and little sleep will lead to illness. What's ore, stay away fro iarettes.
These are the thins we should pay attention to so as to stay healthy.
