I seldom eat sweetsnacks like cakes coke or swweets .
For breakfast I eat some bread an egg and some milk.
For lunchI eat lots of vegetables and a little meat .Because meat can not give energy .Between meals I eat lots of fruit.My favourite fruiu is apples bananas and oranges.
For dinner I eat some rice and lots of vegetables. I think my diet is healthy.

Many people are busy with work,most of the time they don't have enough time to have breakfast,even lunch and dinner.This is a very serious problem.
In my opinion ,health is very important, because i have stomach trouble,this just because i didn't like to eat my breakfast when i was young. about two months my stomach will hurt,sometimes I just want to cry ,it's so hurt.Idon't want someone else will have stomach problem like me .
Although ,you have a lot of money you can't bring back your health.I hope everyone can have a balanced diet,then you will have a happy life.
It's so easy,just have your meals on time.Try your best not to eat unhealthy food ,like KFC , MacDonald and so on.
Vegetables have much vitamin.It's good for our health,milk is good too.I 'm looking forward to see you 'll have a balanced diet.

It's important for us to have some good eating habits.We had better not to eat junk food.Beacause it is unhealthy for us .We should eat more vagetabies and eat more fruites. We also do exercise every day.We can play the different sports with our friends .The reading is a good way to relax .And we can learn to something new from it .We shouldn't watch TV too much time .It is bad for our eyes .We should look something green when our eyes tired .We should have a good sleep .If we don't have a good sleep ,we may get ill .Of course , sleeping enough is also important for your body .
