初来美国游学，周围总是被一股陌生的气息覆盖，一直外向的我也把手缩得紧紧的。
烈日炎炎下的球场上，我们的热情终于被点燃，我与一群美国小孩混在一起，展开着一场激烈的篮球友谊赛。每位球员都汗流浃背地跟着篮球飞奔，大家为了得分抢球很勇猛，投篮很积极。一位身着红色衣服的金发男孩为了抢篮板，身体失去平衡，摔了一个底朝天。我一看——摔得肯定不轻。只见他抬头便是一副痛苦的脸，捂着脚，咬着牙关忍着痛，这不禁让人心生怜悯。虽为异国同龄人，但我仍勇敢地伸出右手拉他起来，关切地问道：“Are you OK？（你还好吗）”他似乎没有力气回答我，我便扶他到长凳上休息。原本我还担心是否能融入他们的群体，不敢伸出手，但是和受伤的迈克一番聊天后，我们成了形影不离的好朋友，我们什么都聊，我还教他说中文……
经历了这一次握手后，我敢于和美国小孩亲近了。打篮球一个三分刷进，队友兴奋地跑来，“Give me five！（击个掌）”我伸出右手开心地拍击他的手掌，再换用拳头碰一下他的拳头。有时在路上，我们还勾肩搭背地走在一块儿，那时的我真的感觉自己就是一个土生土长的美国男孩。交流似乎没有任何障碍，我听得懂他们说的，他们也听懂我说的，开心时就再伸出手击个掌吧！
