The un-coiler begins the process of rolling the Aluminum sheet material off, the sheet goes thru a lubricator which applies a microscopic layer of lube to the Aluminum sheet just before it enter the cupper.

最开始的第一步工序是，开卷机把成卷的铝片打开，铝片进入润滑机，经过一层非常薄的润滑剂润滑后，进行下一道工序，进入冲杯机。

The cupper is the first process in changing the shape of the Aluminum sheet. The cupper stamps the sheet into 15 "cups" with each stroke of the machine. Each stoke of the cupper will provide each body maker with 1.85 cups.

第一道工序是冲杯机改变铝片的形状。冲杯机用冲程把铝片冲成15杯子。冲杯机的每个冲程为每个拉伸机提供1.85个杯子。

The cup enters the top of the body maker via the cup track work. In the body maker a ram will push a punch into the cup, and thru a series of 4 dies. The first is a redraw die that is used to begin changing the cup to a can. The next three dies progressively make the can thinner and taller. You can see the result of all three of the rings in this photo. Notice the top of the can is not a straight cut.

The trimmer is attached to the Body Maker with a cross over track work. The job of the trimmer is to cut the top of each can and make it perfectly flat. Each can is .00001 in height of the other cans. That is equal to one hair on your head split 10 time. The body maker and the trimmer work together to create cans at a rate of up to 260 CPM, (cans per minute).

The washer will take the oily can from the trimmer and clean the can. The washer is capable of move in excess of 2000 CPM. This machine is made of 316L Stainless Steel because it uses very strong acids in cleaning the cans. You will need to use care when working around a washer that has been running, especially around the first two stages.

The Decorator, or Printer, will take the clean "bright" can from the washer and print the label on the can for the customer. Most Printers can print up to 8 colors on a can at around 2000 CPM.

After leaving the Printer, the ink must be dried. The can will travel thru the pin oven on a pin chain, traveling up and down several times inside this oven. You will notice the Pin Oven is tilted approximately 11 degrees. This is to keep the can on the Pin Chain while the can is traveling thru the oven.

The can will go from the Pin Oven to the IC Spray machine. IC (Inside Container), Spray sprays the inside of each can with a lacquer coating so that the drink product does not destroy the wall of the can.

经过销钉炉烘干后，罐体经由输送带进入内喷涂机。内喷涂机在每个罐体内部喷上一层漆，这样将来要灌装的饮料产品就不能破坏罐体了。

The IBO, or Internal Bake Oven, is used to bake the lacquer on the inside of the cans.

内烘干炉用来烘干罐体内部的漆。

The Necker/Flanger takes a straight wall can and moves the can thru 16 stages. Each station changes the profile of the can slightly, giving the straight walled can a "neck". Then the necked can get a "flange" on the neck. This flange will be used to attached the end to the can at the filler.

罐体经过内烘干后，进入缩颈机和翻边机。缩颈机和翻边机经过16次把一个直筒的罐体改变成需要的形状。直筒罐体的每次缩颈都很轻微，非常的细小，最后把直筒的罐体变成缩颈后的罐体，像人的脖子一样。缩颈后的罐体还要进行翻边。这个翻边是预留出来在填充饮料产品后的连接封口用的。

The Palletizer will take the finished can and stack into 18 layers. Each full pallet holds 8169 finished cans.

罐体翻边后，完成的罐体进入码垛机。码垛机把罐体码成18层，每垛有8169个罐体。

The Strapper will strap the full pallet, with a pallet on the bottom and a top frame on the top of the cans. The Strapper applies enough tension to hold the cans firmly in place but not firmly enough to crush the cans.

码完垛后，打带机就为每垛罐体打带包装。每垛罐体都有个托盘在下边，有个框架在上边。

打带机用足够的拉力把罐体牢牢的固定住，但是又不会把罐体压坏。

The Wrapper wraps two layers of stretch wrap plastic film around the cans to protect from dust and the elements.

缠膜机用伸出来的塑料薄膜围绕着每垛罐体缠绕2层，用来保护罐体不被尘土或者其他的东西污染。
