个人觉得进民航大学出来要比其他两个好就业，毕竟现在上大学都是为了以后能够有好的发展方向，而且进民航大学只要选民航相关的专业，一般是不用考研就能顺利签到工作的，但要注意一旦进了民航大学你可选的发展方向就一定了，要么就是进航空公司修飞机（包括电气装置、发动机等）、修通讯装置、做签派员、飞行员、乘务员等等，要么就是进民航局直属的空管局做空管员。如果你要是觉得自己光读本科学历太浅，等工作脱离一线以后再回校学习这也都是很正常的。
至于其他两所学校我真不太清楚，我自己是陕西人，到天津读的民航大学，现在也马上毕业了，同学里也有去西安邮电的，貌似听他以前说过出来了还得再考研什么的，表面上就业率挺好的，但实际咋样就不知道了，毕竟现在很多学校对外公开的就业率都很假，所有考研的人都不算。
